One of my inspirational women

What a pleasure it was yesterday to be filming one of my favourite ladies – Sue Woodd, one of the best wellness and yoga coaches in the business. Filming and empowering people to tell their stories on camera is my day job – a day job I absolutely adore.

I trained with Sue to be a yoga teacher whilst my Chloe was ill – over eight years ago. She’s one of those magical people who you just can’t forget. She gave me friendship, a deeper understanding of the transformative power of yoga and a reason to believe that I could go on.

It was great to be there as she launches an online yoga platform. This is bound to be amazing and I will share as much as she will let me. I’m working on her to become our November guest blogger. With a fascinating back story of resilience and survival.

More later. Have a great day
